OUR STORY
DYNAMIQ was born out of the idea that a healthy building supports a healthy business. Too many business owners are letting building expenses eat into business profits. DYNAMIQ has a vision for buildings that work for people, not against them. Every building is a resource with the power to strategically overcome challenges rather than complicate them.
As we looked around, it was clear that most everyone viewed essentials like healthy air, energy reduction and strategic critical infrastructure as valuable, but few knew how to access or accomplish them in regard to their business’ bottom line. Even fewer realized that these essentials were gradually becoming regulated requirements in various states. We wanted to fill that gap for our clients, and DYNAMIQ became the answer.
We developed a proactive approach to building performance that was first and foremost data-based. By studying and trending data, we discovered that the primary challenges buildings face are usually connected and can be resolved with thoughtful analysis, planning and implementation.
These conclusions led to developing the process we use today. The results have been as exciting for our clients to see as they have been for us to report. After all, we are more than workers with a task to do; we are people with a difference to make.
